NOTICE TO GRADUATING STUDENTS
The feature for Final Year Student Passport Upload which was earlier removed has been re-enabled. Concerned students should proceed to the portal to upload their passport and check their certificate name format and spelling.
To confirm your certificate name, click "Final Year Student Passport Upload" option on the left sidebar of your undergraduate portal. There, you will see how your name will be arranged on your certificate.
The certificate name should be in the format below:
(First Name) - (Middle Name) - (Last Name/Surname)
It is COMPULSORY that ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS upload their passports on or before WEDNESDAY 23RD NOVEMBER, 2022.
