We have received several complaints with regards to the payment of school charges not reflecting on the portal.
We are aware of this situation and as a responsive union, have swung into action by informing the necessary quarters. We understand that this is a very important issue that needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
Please be rest assured that it is being worked on and will be resolved soonest.
We will continue to update the student-populace of new development as it unfolds.
Students who are experiencing this issue or similar issues are enjoined to visit the Student Union Building from 2pm today.
