*REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS' ORGANIZATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, CLUBS AND SOCIETIES*

We are pleased to inform you that the registration of Students' Organizations, Associations, Clubs and Societies for the 2021/2022 Academic Session is now open. The registration will be open from 6th January, 2023 to 3rd February, 2023.

Be duly informed that it is imperative to register your Association/organization within this time frame in order to avoid proscription.

The registration process is as follows

1. Obtain a Letter of Introduction/Renewal/Registration from the Staff Adviser of the Association (duly signed by the Staff Adviser).

2. Submit the Letter of Introduction/Renewal at the General Office of the Student Affairs Unit (SAU).

3. Make payment of N3,000 to the Account of Student Affairs Unit (Unilorin Microfinance) 1100014385.

4. Submit evidence of payment to the Student Affairs Office.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE COMPLETED/FILLED ASSOCIATION REGISTRATION FORM

I. Constitution of the Association.

II. Programmes of the Association for the year under review.

III. Letter of introduction.

IV. Details (name, matric number, level, and department) and passport photographs of the Officers/ Executives of the Association.

V. Evidence of payment of the registration dues
