Student Union Addresses Power, Water, and Security Issues with University Administration

The Students' Union recently met with the school management to discuss the power and water supply challenges in the Old College, College of Health Sciences. The purpose of the meeting was to highlight the urgent need for resolution and address student welfare concerns.

During the meeting, the Students' Union reported the ongoing power and water supply issues affecting students in the Old College. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Management) assured prompt action and emphasized the importance of creating a conducive environment for academic success.

The discussion also touched upon security matters within the College of Health Sciences premises and off-campus. The Students' Union expressed the need for improved security measures to ensure student safety. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Management) committed to addressing these concerns promptly.

To assess the situation and expedite resolution, a assessment visit has been scheduled. This visit aims to gather necessary information and foster collaboration towards finding sustainable solutions.
