STUDENTS' UNION AND STUDENT AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT WELCOMES UNDP DELEGATION TO UNILORIN

On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, the Smart-Purposed Executives together with the management of the Student Affairs Unit, welcomed a delegation from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) offers global perspective and local insight to help empower lives, build inclusive institutions and resilient nations and further promote environment for Sustainable Development.
During their visit, the delegation toured the University's creative sectors, including the Faculty of Engineering & Technology and the Technical & Entrepreneurship Centre (TEC), among others. This visit sought to leverage the creative industry as a catalyst for development.
The program is designed to support youth empowerment, enable young individuals to explore ideas and succeed in the creative sector through aids from the UNDP.
