We are writing to inform you of the scheduled date and time for the University-owned Hostel balloting and allocation exercise at both the Permanent Site (PS) and College of Health Sciences (COHS). Please take note of the following details:
Schedule for Hostel Balloting (PS):
Thursday, October 17, 2024
- 200L (Returning) - 9:00 to 10:00 AM
- 300L - 10:30 to 11:30 AM
- 400L - 12:00 to 1:00 PM
- 500L - 1:30 to 2:30 PM
- 600L - 3:00 to 4:00 PM
Friday, October 18, 2024
- 200L (Freshers) - 9:00 to 10:00 AM
- 100L - 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Schedule for Hostel Balloting (COHS):
Saturday, October 19, 2024
- All concerned College of Health Sciences Students - 12:00 to 2:00 PM
Kindly be reminded that only students who have completed the payment of their school charges will be eligible to participate in the bed space balloting process on the University portal.
We encourage you to make necessary preparations ahead of the scheduled time.
