REGISTRATION & RENEWAL OF STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATIONS, CLUBS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND SOCIETIES NOW ONLINE: STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
The registration and renewal window for students' associations, clubs, organizations, and societies is now open for the 2024/2025 academic session and will close on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
The registration which was previously conducted physically has been automated. Please, ensure timely registration of your Association/Organization during this period to avoid any risk of proscription.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES FOR REGISTRATION/RENEWAL:
- Register using your University email: https://forms.gle/Q6d8PnK39DRojjHc7
- Await an email confirming your application status.
- If recommended, proceed to make payment.
- Upload the payment receipt using the link provided in the confirmation email.
- Await the outcome of your application review.
- Download the registration certificate for the current academic session.
Note: Failure to renew registration or register for this academic session will result in non-recognition and a prohibition from campus activities.
