IMPORTANT UPDATE ON FRESH STUDENTS’ SCHOOL-OWNED HOSTELS BALLOTING EXERCISE

This is to notify all fresh students that the balloting exercise for the University-owned hostels will hold tomorrow, Monday, 13th October, 2025.
All fresh students are strongly advised to ballot strictly according to their scheduled time as stated below:
200 Level (DE): 9:00 a.m – 10:00 a.m
100 Level: 11:00 a.m – 12:00 p.m
This arrangement is designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and well-coordinated process that gives every eligible student a fair opportunity at securing accommodation.
