We are pleased to announce that the e-Clearance portal for the 2024/2025 graduating class is now open. This initiative is part of the University's efforts to streamline the graduation process for final-year students. The portal was earlier activated to allow graduands to view their graduation status, while the convocation payment process also commenced.

The total convocation fee has been set at ₦61,750, a reduction from the previous year's ₦65,000. The breakdown of the fees is as follows:
- Certificate: ₦10,000
- Transcript: ₦10,000
- Gown: ₦5,000
- T-shirt: ₦10,000
- Order of Proceedings: ₦15,000
- Muffler: ₦2,750
- NYSC ID Card: ₦1,500
- Service Charge: ₦7,500

Graduating students are advised to make payments strictly as instructed on the portal and upload the required documents and receipts to the e-Clearance system. This will ensure a smooth clearance experience. We encourage all final-year students to commence the e-Clearance process early to avoid last-minute congestion.
