We write to inform you of the schedule for the 2026/2027 Academic Session Hostel Balloting for returning students. Returning students are advised to take note of their respective levels and designated time slots and ensure they are available at the appropriate time.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
300L Students
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
400L Students
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
500L Students
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
600L Students
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
All concerned students are encouraged to adhere strictly to the schedule and ensure they are ready for the balloting process within their allocated time. Further information will be communicated through our official channels.
